IEM Sydney 2017 CS:GO tournament

ESL company will begin the 7th season of Intel Extreme Masters tournaments in Sydney, Australia.

The tournament will be held from 6 to 7 May at the Qudos Bank Arena, in Sydney, hot fights will take place between the best teams for a prize fund of 260,000 AUD (Australian dollars). The arena is able to accommodate more than 18 thousand spectators and will give an excellent chance to enjoy duels. In the announcement of the tournament, the organizers also named the first 3 invivals – Brazilians SK, Danes Astralis and local team Renegades.

Perhaps the new IEM series tournament can be called the first truly great e-sports event for the continent. ESL management expressed its thoughts on this: “To visit five different continents is a historic event for our tournament, and we are looking forward to the release of Intel Extreme Masters in a new audience and the creation of a new history of e-sports in Australia.”

Apparently Intel does not plan to stop on the achieved results and will give viewers even more interesting events in different cities of the world. We hope that soon IEM will come to Ukraine.
